Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days from the moment of purchase. Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend are dispatched the following Monday. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number (AWB) via email, regardless of the shipping method selected.

Tracking
All orders ship with an AWB (Air Waybill) tracking number, including free shipping orders. The tracking number is sent to your email address once the order is dispatched. Delivery times shown are estimates from the moment of dispatch and do not include processing time.

Which shipping method should I choose? If cost is the priority, Paketa and Romanian Postal Service are the most affordable options. If speed matters, DHL Air is the fastest. DHL Land is a good middle ground between price and delivery time for most European destinations.
My country is not listed. Can you still ship to me? Yes. Use the contact form and we will confirm shipping options and costs for your location.
Can I change the shipping method after placing the order? No. The shipping method is selected at checkout and cannot be changed afterwards. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately before the order is dispatched.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost? Contact us via the contact form with your order number and tracking number. We will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
