Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective or is damaged in transit, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement — whichever you prefer.

Change of Mind

If you’ve changed your mind, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund.
